Groveland is a small residential community which retains all of the characteristics of a friendly rural town in the setting of a convenient suburb.

Town residents have easy access to 95 and 495 and many of them commute to their jobs in Lynn or Boston. Principal highways are State Routes 97 and 113.

They are very proud of their schools: the Elmer Bagnall Elementary School and Pentucket Regional Middle/High Schools; of the friendliness and of the recreation facilities along the Merrimac River.

Located in northeastern Massachusetts, bordered by West Newbury on the north, Newbury and Georgetown on the east, Boxford on the south, & Haverhill on the west. Groveland is 31 miles north of Boston.

The town supports baseball and soccer fields, basketball courts, picnic areas and parks, as well as boating facilities on the Merrimac River, all of which are heavily used by residents.

Commuter rail service to Boston's North Station is available from neighboring Haverhill (travel time: 63-68 min.; no MBTA parking).

Title V passed 2 years ago. Creek runs on the side of the property to the pond across the street which provides great views and it's great for fishing!

1st Floor unit rent is $1000 with utilites including gas/heat and electricity. Lived there since January 2008. 2nd Floor is $850 without utilities lived there for 1 1/2 years. Tenants at will.
