
In the spring of 2007 my husband and I decided to put our house on the market. We went to Century 21 and John Green became our real estate agent. From the beginning John told us our house was priced too high for the market. Because we did not want to listen we ended up taking our house off the market in the summer of 2007. Early 2008 John Green called us and told us he had someone interested in our house. We were in total shock. We were excited at the possibly of selling our house especially the way the market has been. We finally got an offer and were excited to accept. Now the crunch was on to find a new house to live in. John and Liz sent us daily mls listings. We found one we really loved and went back and forth with offers. John was constantly in contact with the sellers agent trying to get us the right price for our budget. Finally our offer was accepted! We were sooo happy. Now the process of selling and buying at the same exact time was stressful. John and Liz were in constant contact with both our buyers and the sellers of our dream home. We got every piece of paperwork needed for our new home. We had emails sent to us daily with informative information on both the selling and buying of our house. We were constantly kept up to date on what was happening with the sales. Liz made many phone calls to the sellers agent asking many questions on our behalf and she got us answers right away. John and Liz made sure that we able to close on both homes on the same day. It was amazing. They worked very diligently for us and we could not be happier. My husband and I had a closing deal that went sour. On the day of closing the seller backed out for reason we still don't know of and we never closed. This left us in a bind of trying to find somewhere else to live since we told our Landlord we would be out of our apartment within a month. We were introduced to John Green from our mortgage company and everything just fell into place. He already had properties lined up for us to look at the same day we were in contact with John. We found a house we fell in love with on a Thursday and closed that following Friday. He handle about four to five weeks of work and fit it into one week! That was truly amazing and we can't thank him enough for his hard work. Because of him, we moved out in time, and have a beautiful house for our kids to grow old in. Once again thanks for everything.
